Take in the sights and sounds of Ang Mo Kio while soaking up the memories of the many ‘firsts’ in the neighbourhood. Participants will begin their journey at Ang Mo Kio Garden East, the first town garden in Ang Mo Kio before proceeding to Ang Mo Kio MRT station — one of the first stations built along the North South Line. Next, a visit to one of the first mosques completed in Singapore under the Mosque Building Fund Scheme Phase I — Al Muttaqin Mosque — awaits before participants finish the ir journey at Ang Mo Kio Central Market and Food Centre.
